Poster Guidelines

Each poster should fit within a 48in high x 36in wide (120cm x 90cm) space. The poster must cover the same material as the accepted abstract. At least one author of the poster must register and pay to attend the conference and present an accepted poster. The paper title and authors’ names should be placed prominently at the top of the poster to allow viewers to identify your poster easily. It is recommended that the text and illustrations should be readable from at least two meters (six feet) away.

Posters should be set up according to the assigned schedule which will be shown in the program book. Tacks, adhesives and materials will be provided for setting up your posters.
